What You Will Be Doing

  • Work on and collaborate with the Senior Superintendent on construction operations and process

  • Bidding and contracting

  • Collaborate with senior management throughout all construction phases

  • Scheduling

  • Ensure a successful safety program

  • Guide proper document control and administration

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Multifamily Construction

  • Mixed Use Construction

  • OSHA 30

  • Mixed-Use

  • Scheduling

  • Construction Operations

  • Buyouts
