Under managerial direction; cultivate, administer, and maintain relationships with the MSP Program Coordinators and Program Managers, Consultants and MSP end clients according to the MSP rules of engagement, through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.


  • Promote Kforce services to MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and some MSP end clients by determining and implementing appropriate marketing techniques for industry and region, including regular communication/visits to current MSP Program Coordinators and some MSP end clients (according to MSP rules of engagement).

  • Assist to qualify and prioritize new job orders.

  • Negotiate with MSP Program Managers and Program Coordinators to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees for incoming job orders.

  • Employ appropriate methodologies to help delivery facilitate the matching process from the MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and MSP end clients perspective.

  • Ensure MSP Program Managers and Program Coordinators expectations regarding client delivery service levels are set and maintained.

  • Conduct follow-up activities with MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and MSP end clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new opportunities through MSP Program Managers and Program Coordinators and consultants via candidate marketing and relationship building.

  • Identify MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and MSP end clients needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing MSP Program Managers and Program Coordinators business environment and needs.

  • Prep and debrief MSP Program Managers and Program Coordinators; provide coaching and advice to the MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and MSP end clients through the interview process, to include counter-offers.

  • Advise MSP Program Managers, MSP Program Coordinators and MSP end clients throughout the placement process.

  • Work closely with the delivery team in efforts related to candidate activities including quality assurance, candidate follow-up, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing, and assignment end.

  • Develop and execute daily plan.

  • Bachelor s degree and 0-2 years relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in the staffing industry preferred.

  • Must have reliable transportation which affords timely travel to client sites within assigned territory.
