Act as the single point of contact for customers during the installation lifecycle from contract signature ongoing. Assist with schedule management; update schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding items for each project. Maintain project documentation associated with internal and external communication, contract administration, schedule, permitting and payments. Relationship builder through respect, empathy, effective and fair communication and being well organized. Tactfully drive and influence other stakeholders to execute on tasks and commitments. Understand a deliver on proactive communication with customers so they are never left wondering what is happening or what is next.
Applies concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through education, training or experience.
Learns company- and function-specific standard operating procedures, data requirements, and associated processes and technologies. Complexity:

Bachelor’s degree and 0+ years of related experience
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
