We are currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support Channel Sales Incentive process simplification and automation efforts across the Americas region.

Key Qualifications

  • Background in finance, accounting, or similar field with a minimum 5+ years professional experience

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality and detailed work within deadlines

  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong business acumen

  • Proficient in Excel functions

  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively across the organization

  • Strong customer service, business partnership and cross-functional leadership skills

  • History of driving process improvement, system automation, and operational metrics

  • Works both independently and within a team environment

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, collaborate with stakeholders, and be a self-starter

  • Experience working with Sales Operations, Sales Finance and/or Sales Support Operations is preferred

  • Experience with SAP preferred

  • Spanish language skills preferred

  • Experience with SEA 2.0 is a plusDescription

You will work with a variety of cross-functional teams and external customers or partners to drive sales incentive calculations and process credits accurately and on time. In addition, you will participate in process improvements and system enhancement initiatives to improve the productivity and scalability of key processes. The tasks and deliverables are time-sensitive and require a proactive approach to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Interaction with different levels of management and effective communication at all levels are required. You will be responsible for prioritizing and working several tasks simultaneously. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting as well as other ad hoc requests.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Calculating sales rebate customer performance and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute sales incentive credit processing within SLA

• Driving system automation, process improvements, and operational metrics

• Building and maintaining cross-geography relationships with internal partners and external customers

• Working closely with Information Systems & Technology, Order-to-Cash, various Finance & Sales groups to ensure that processes are sustainable, scalable, and produce accurate results

• General understanding of GAAP & SOX controls

Education

• BBA, BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
