Technical Project/Program Management (E3/E3 Senior)
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Must demonstrate efficiencies in following areas:
Fully demonstrates in-depth knowledge and experience CMP process, CMP equipment, HeadSmart head functionality, and QuickStart polishing process.
Works independently, receives guidance in only moderately complex situations
Must have extensive experience with successful collaboration with cross functional teams.
Must have project/program management experience.
Must have strong skills in LEAN, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
Responsible for all technical support related aspects at all HeadSmart global sites: escalations, technical support, data analysis, improvement programs, cost reduction, LEAN, Six Sigma, SPC, and new product introduction.
Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer, FSO, and SBU by providing technical support and documentation to all global HeadSmart sites.
Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure standardization of all procedures, documentation, and OMS across all global sites.
Develop, release, and proliferate new BKM’s as required.
Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing business processes; updates as necessary to ensure current practices are documented.
Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results; may takes corrective/continuous improvement actions.
Determines root cause and corrective action analysis for issues that arise at customer sites and/or global HeadSmart sites; provides failure analysis report as required.
Initiate and lead project and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation.
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
Requires strong skills in change management, problem solving, communication skills, customer orientation, product technology, personal effectiveness, team skills, and quality.
Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Flowcharting, CAD, PDM, Oracle BOM, Oracle ECO, FRACAS, and Team Center.
Must have strong skills in LEAN, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
BS level degree in Engineering: preferred Mechanical Engineering discipline.
7+ years manufacturing engineering experience, or equivalent.
2+ years of project and/or program management
PMP Certification a plus
4 - 7 Years of Experience
