Senior Process Consultant, Support Strategy & Process
Round Rock, TX
Our Support and Deployment Services organization is seeking to fill a full-time position of Senior Process Consultant as part of the Global Process Engineering team. As a key leader on the Process Engineering team, you will be responsible for new Process Design & Enablement, Re-engineer business process, and own E2E integration of project portfolio including our process transformation roadmap, change management and special projects.
Deeply understand the architecture and connection points of Dell’s Support processes, products and policies
Act as the go-to person to solve problems quickly and efficiently; Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
Determining and managing stakeholder requirements and understand how that ties to the Annual Operating plan (Hoshin)
Strategically craft plans and solutions that equip you to solve large problems
Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements
Work with cross-functional partners to improve the Support experience for internal as well as external customers
Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management and / or related field is required
8+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, Support Operations, Process Engineering or equivalent team
4+ years of experience initiating and driving Business Process Re-engineering efforts to completion with minimal guidance
4+ years of experience doing Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VA / NVA), FMEAs, Scenario Modelling
Executive Story telling and presentation skills is a must
Excellent Customer Facing Skills
Organized, detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to foster communication and collaboration across departments and across a wide range of skill sets, using a variety of approaches.
Proven ability to be creative and effective in finding solutions to complex problems, balancing immediate and long-term needs
